We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Facility Manager

Location: Oyo

Job Description

1. An experience Facility Manager is currently needed to oversee all building-related activities. As our proffered candidate, you will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning.
2. Our ideal candidate must be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and coordinate all installations.
2. Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
3. Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
4. Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
5. Supervise all staff facilities staff and external contractors
6. Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
7. Handle insurance plans and service contracts.
8. Keep financial and non-financial records.
9. Perform analysis and forecasting.

Requirements

1. Well-versed in technical / engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
2. Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
5. Good analytical / critical thinking.
6. BSc / BA in Facility Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
7. Eligible and interested candidate should be a resident of Ibadan
